Article 1 – Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the following meanings:
Period for withdrawing from the contract: The period during which the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance.
Consumer: A natural person who purchases products or services outside the scope of his business or professional activity.
Long-term contract: A contract entered into at a distance for the repeated supply of products or services over a specified period.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a contract concluded at a distance within a legal period.
Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person who offers products or services to consumers at a distance.
Contract concluded at a distance: A contract between an entrepreneur and a consumer concluded through an organized system of distance sales, using electronic communication.

Article 3 – Application of the Terms
These business conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and every contract concluded at a distance with the consumer.
The conditions are available to the consumer electronically before the conclusion of the contract.
By making a purchase on www.minkaleon.com, the consumer automatically agrees to these terms, return policies and other rules stated on the site. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with them in advance.
Article 4 – Offer
All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the offer at any time.
The offer always clearly states the total price, including delivery costs, customs duties and other possible costs.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
The entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the order by e-mail.
Article 6 – Right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Items needs to be originally packed. The cost of returning the goods is on the consumer.
Article 7 – Supply
Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed (we usually ship very fast).
In the event of a delay, the consumer will be notified within 14 days of placing the order.
The entrepreneur will make every effort to comply with international regulations, but assumes no responsibility for delays or customs procedures.
Article 8 – Complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovering the problem.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be informed of the expected response date.
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
These conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
We will resolve all disputes preferentially through settlement. In case of disagreements, the case will be sent to the competent court in Slovenia.
