By making a purchase in our webstore, you automatically agree to our return and exchange rules, business conditions and other rules listed on the page.
Return of goods
Refund deadline
You have 30 days to return it. Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You must communicate your intention by email. After the notification, you have 14 days to send the package.
Return address
You must send all products to our central warehouse in Slovenia.
You will receive the exact address after contacting us by email.
Shipment Requirements
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Shipment tracking is mandatory. We recommend insured shipping. Email us the tracking number.
Customer responsibility
Customer is responsible for safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost shipments or those sent in error.
Return costs
Costs are on the customer and are not reimbursed. The average return cost per item is 9,90-12,00 EUR, depending on the size and carrier.

– hygiene products (e.g. underwear, socks, cosmetics)
– goods returned after more than 30 days

After verification of the sent items, we will refund your money within 14 working days.
Can I refuse the shipment and get my money back?
No. Official procedures must be followed for returns. Unreceived shipments or those marked “Return to sender” are not eligible for a refund.
